BA Logistics GmbH is a sister company of benuta GmbH (https://www.benuta.de/). As a logistics partner and service provider, we are responsible for the handling and execution of all logistical processes, including warehouse management at the modern warehouse location in Dormagen near Cologne. From this location, benuta GmbH's customers are professionally and reliably served by the customer service department located here. Join us in rolling out carpets across Europe!

• You'll handle written and phone inquiries from customers
• You'll be the first point of contact for our customers regarding order and delivery processes, payment information, and complaints
• In our customer service, you'll also provide product information about our diverse range, advising on colors, fabrics, and styles
• You'll also collaborate with adjacent departments such as Warehouse, Category Management, or Marketing

That's You:

• You speak German at least at C1 level, and you have proficiency in other European languages such as English, Dutch, Danish, French, or Spanish
• Customer and service orientation come naturally to you
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You're proficient in using computer applications
• Having a certain interest in Home & Living topics and a good sense of colors, fabrics, and interior design would be advantageous
