BA Logistics GmbH is a sister company of benuta GmbH (https://www.benuta.de/). As a logistics partner and service provider, we are responsible for the handling and execution of all logistical processes, including 1 the warehouse management of the modern warehouse location in Dormagen near Cologne. From this location, benuta GmbH's customers are professionally and reliably supported 2 by the local customer service team.   • You will handle incoming customer inquiries in writing and by phone

  • You will be the first point of contact for our customers regarding questions about order and delivery processes, payment information, and complaints

  • In our customer service, you will also provide product information about our diverse range, as well as advise on colors, fabrics, and styles

  • You will also collaborate with related departments such as warehouse, category management, and marketing

Job requirements

This is you:

  • We require fluent German language skills

  • Good English skills, as well as ideally knowledge of one or more additional languages such as Spanish, Polish, or Dutch, are advantageous

  • Customer and service orientation are a matter of course for you

  • You are characterized by very good verbal and written communication skills

  • Confident handling of PC applications

  • An advantage would be a certain interest in the topic of Home & Living and a good sense for colors, fabrics, and interior design
