BA Logistics GmbH is a sister company of benuta GmbH (https://www.benuta.de/). As a logistics partner and service provider, we are responsible for the handling and execution of all logistical processes, including 1 the warehouse management of the modern warehouse location in Dormagen near Cologne. From this location, benuta GmbH's customers are professionally and reliably supported 2 by the local customer service team. You will handle incoming customer inquiries in writing and by phone
You will be the first point of contact for our customers regarding questions about order and delivery processes, payment information, and complaints
In our customer service, you will also provide product information about our diverse range, as well as advise on colors, fabrics, and styles
You will also collaborate with related departments such as warehouse, category management, and marketing
Job requirements
This is you:
We require fluent German language skills
Good English skills, as well as ideally knowledge of one or more additional languages such as Spanish, Polish, or Dutch, are advantageous
Customer and service orientation are a matter of course for you
You are characterized by very good verbal and written communication skills
Confident handling of PC applications
An advantage would be a certain interest in the topic of Home & Living and a good sense for colors, fabrics, and interior design
